Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the show cause affidavit dated 23.03.2026 filed on behalf of the O.P.No.4 (wrongly mentioned as O.P.No.6), particularly, the order dated 26.05.2023 passed by the Santhal Pargana Regional Transport Authority, Dumka in Case No. 02/23, this Court is of the view that no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 3. The present contempt application is accordingly dismissed. 4. The petitioner is however at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law for redressal of his subsisting grievance(s).
