The instant application has been filed by the applicant/respondent for the release of amount deposited in the Registry of this Court. It is stated in the application that main petition was decided by this Court on 11.05.2026 and the applicant/ respondent is in dire need of the said amount. Therefore, it is prayed that the amount be released by remitting the same in applicant's savings Bank account. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection to the application being allowed. Consequently, the present application is allowed. The entire amount deposited by the non-applicant in the Registry of this Court, along with interest, is ordered to be released by remitting the same in the savings Bank account of applicant as mentioned in para 4 of the application.
