(ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ directing the respondent 1 & 2 to direct the respondent no. 3 & 4 for releasing the amount lying in the account of the petitioner as early as possible within the specific period of time as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. (iii) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit or proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. The limited grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner had deposited certain amounts in different schemes namely Golden 24, Sahara. I. Select, Sahara U and Global with respondent No.3/Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited and respondent No.4/Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. through their authorized center situated at Rajkishore Nagar, Bilaspur. The petitioner submits that despite maturity of the deposits and repeated representations made before the concerned authorities, the deposited amount has not yet been released in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorized centers of respondent Nos.3 and 4 are gradually being closed and the petitioner is apprehending that he may be deprived of his 3 legitimate dues if an appropriate direction is not issued by this Court. It has further been submitted that similarly situated persons had earlier approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.1826/2020 and W.P.(C) No.2575/2020 wherein this Court directed the authorities concerned to consider and decide their claims within a stipulated period. 4. It is further submitted that respondent No.3 itself has issued a notice on its official website stating that payments are being processed pursuant to the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 29.03.2023 through the Central Registrar, New Delhi/respondent No.2. Therefore, the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the respondents be directed to consider and decide the claim/application of the petitioner for release of the deposited amount lying with respondent Nos.3 and 4. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents does not oppose the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 6. Considering the limited grievance raised by the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the claim, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and take an appropriate decision on the application/representation preferred by the petitioner for release/refund of the amount deposited with respondent Nos.3 and 4 under different schemes and heads, strictly in accordance with law, rules and guidelines governing the field. 4 7. It is expected that the aforesaid exercise shall be completed expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with copy of the petition and supporting documents. 8.
