Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. V. Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are obstructing the Petitioner from constructing a Kirana (Provision) Shop in Sy. No. 172, to an extent of 04.69 Ankanams, situated at Koppaladoruvu Village, Valluru Revenue Village, Tallapudi Grama Panchayat, Muthukur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, at the behest of Respondent Nos. 6 to 10. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 have never interfered with 4 the Petitioner’s construction of the Kirana (Provision) Shop and that no obstruction was caused to the Petitioner at the behest of Respondent Nos. 6 to 10. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and upon recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Police not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 to 10, without following the due process of law. 6.
