Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent no.2 and 3 that the petitioner should not be illegally expelled from her house by anyone without any order of any court order. (ii) issue any other and further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iii) to award the cost of writ petition." 3. The relationship between the petitioner and respondent no.4 is husband and wife. If the respondent no.4 is attempting to dislodge the petitioner from the house, the petitioner has adequate remedy under civil law. Therefore, the writ petition is misconceived. 4.
