GP FOR HOME The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute and preventing the petitioner herein from entering into his land to an extent of Ac.3.50 cents in Survey No.314/2 of Kurugunta village, Ananthapur Mandal. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions from 3rd respondent, submits that there is a dispute with regard to the subject SRK, J WP No.12624 of 2021 2 matter land between the families of the petitioner and one Shukur Sab @ Ameer Sab and others. The petitioner and others approached this Court vide WP No.39712 of 2017 with a prayer to declare the inaction of the Commissioner of Appeals, O/o the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, Krishna district, in taking up the stay petition filed by them for grant of interim stay of dispossession in revision petition filed by them against the orders passed by the Joint Collector, Ananthapuramu in RC No.E4/55/2014, dated 11.10.2017. He further submits that since there are rival claims and since the matter is pending before this Court, 3rd respondent is not interfering with the civil disputes as alleged by the petitioner herein. 3. Recording the said submission and placing the written instructions of 3rd respondent on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
