This application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking extension of time in filing appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in light of judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Celestium Financial Vs. A.Ganasekaran reported in (2025) INSC 804 this Court disposed of Acq.A. No.02 of 2024 vide order dated 15.7.2025 with a direction to the appellant/complainant to 2 prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment/order dated 18.05.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District - Durg in Criminal Case Number RCC/31949/ 2013 before the concerned Sessions Judge within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant/complainant further submits that in compliance of the order dated 15.7.2025 passed in Acq.A. No.02 of 2024 an appeal has to be preferred before the Sessions Court, Durg, District - Durg, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not prefer the appeal in 60 days. Thus, he submits that the period granted to the appellant/complainant to file the appeal may be extended. 4. Counsel for the respondent not opposed, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant. 5. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, further period of 30 days is granted from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
