Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that against the rejection of his temporary injunction application by the learned Trial Court, he had preferred an appeal before the Appellate Court. The appeal is pending since 2023. He only prays that it may be directed that the appeal be decided expeditiously. 3. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that, as the appeal is against the order rejecting the application for temporary injunction, the matter requires urgent consideration by the Appellate Court.
