The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 25 of 2026, registered under section 62 of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is married lady and allegations are made of establishing physical relationship on the pretext of marriage. He next submits that allegations are made of establishing physical relationship in the year 2018 however the complaint case has been filed in the year, 2025 and pursuant to order of the learned court F.I.R has been registered in the year, 2026. He next submits that earlier also same allegation was made by the informant against one Rajesh Kumar and later on she compromised the case. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing physical relationship. 5. Considering that the informant is a married lady, the allegations are made of establishing physical relationship in the year 2018 however the complaint case has been filed in the year, 2025 and pursuant to order of the ( 2026:JHHC:21035 ) learned court F.I.R has been registered in the year, 2026. In para 9 of the petition it has been disclosed that earlier also same allegation was made by the informant against one Rajesh Kumar and later on she compromised the case. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Palamau, in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
