03/ 17.07.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.11.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 6302 of 2025 by this court.
2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time, as the petitioner was suffering from diarrhea and to buttress his argument, he refers to Annexure-2, which is the prescription of a doctor. He next submits that two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court.
3.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioner, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court.
4.
Annexure-2 is the medical prescription of a doctor, which prima facie suggests that the petitioner was suffering from diarrhea and in that view of the matter, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court.
5.
