Case No.21 of 2025, corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No.53 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 65, 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 4/ 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge – II -cum- Spl. Judge under POCSO Act Cases, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 2. It appears that earlier the prayer for bail of this applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.03.2026, passed in B.A. No.1084 of 2026. 3. From perusal of the status report, submitted by the trial court, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer of bail of the applicant. Accordingly the present bail application is, hereby, dismissed. 5.
