Learned counsel for the petitioner filed the present writ petition for the following relief(s):- A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus do issue calling for the records of the order passed for establish of the electric power transmission line and substation by the Railway Department through South

Eastern Central Railway Central Production Agency for direct power supply of 220kV of electricity for its kind perusal. B. A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue to quash the notice dated 10.04.2026 and direct the respondents to not to use petitioner's land for installation of tower for high tension line. C. A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue to direct the respondent authority to decide the petitioners representation and consider the proposal for shifting of installation of tower for high tension line looking to the fact that the respondent authority are having their own land beside the petitioners land, within specific period of time. D. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts & circumstances of case.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of submitting an objection before the District Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for the respondents, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an objection/representation before the concerned District Magistrate, as provided under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In the event the petitioner files any objection/representation under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
