GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing/threatening the petitioner to vacate the house bearing No. 55/33, Block 5, Khasab Dedal Majid Street, Chinnamukalapalle village and post, Rayachoti, Annamaya District (Erstwhile Kadapa District) belonging to the petitioner and to register the same in the name of the 6th to 10th respondents as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, and abuse of power and consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondents to refrain from calling the petitioner to the police station without registering any crime and threatening him to vacate the house…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3 3. Mr. Chakana Neeraj Murthy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have been summoning the Petitioner to the police station and are pressurizing and threatening him to vacate his house and execute its registration in favour of Respondent Nos.6 to 10. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent Nos.4 and 5 never summoned or threatened the Petitioner and have not interfered in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 to 10. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 to 10 without following due process of law. In case, if a crime is registered against the Petitioner, the Respondent Police shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
