BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER Date : 11-02-2026 Heard Ms. M. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. The instant application is filed for withdrawing the condonation application being I.A. (Civil) 495/2024 filed for condoning the delay of 8 days in preferring the accompanying Civil Revision petition being CRP(IO) 1758/2024 (Filing Number).
3. It is submitted that the parties have amicably entered into a settlement of their disputes and accordingly, joint petition has been filed before the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Dibrugarh, wherein the learned Addl. District Judge, Dibrugarh by Judgment and Decree dated 25.03.2025 disposed of Title Suit No.(D) 30/2022.
4. In terms of the compromise arrived between the parties and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
5. Consequently, the I.A. (Civil) No. 495/2024 stands withdrawn. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
