Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner is facing difficulty in erecting construction on the land in question due to obstruction made by the private respondents and prayer is made for direction upon the concerned police authorities to provide protection which would facilitate the petitioner to erect boundary wall on the land. 3. Learned advocate representing the private respondents has opposed this writ petition on the score that previously concerning the land in question another writ petition was filed by the petitioner being WPA 21980 of 2025 and same was disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 24th September, 2025. [2] 4. Learned advocate representing the state respondents has filed a communication dated 6th March, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Egra Police Station, Purba Medinipur and same is taken on record. 5. Since issue was considered by a Co-ordinate Bench and the writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24th September, 2025, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 6.
