Singh, Advocate 02/ 20.03.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025 registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 324(4), 109, 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351 (3) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are agnates and there are general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons. He further submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injury and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 16 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit that allegations of assault are there and son of the informant has received injury. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that allegations of assault are there against petitioner no.2-Sudhir Yadav of hitting by rod on the ( 2026:JHHC:7907 ) head of the son of informant. 6. Considering that there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioner no.2- Sudhir Yadav, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. 7. So far anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner 1 is concerned, she is lady and there are general and omnibus allegations against her, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner no. 1 is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner no. 1 namely, Sakunti Devi shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.20.03.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
