Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 105 and 3/5 BNS. 3. As per F.I.R., informant alleged that on 18.09.2025, the husband of informant was returning home after having tea. On the way, all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted her husband. During treatment, he succumbed to injuries. 4. On perusal of record, it appears that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and appears to be one of the assailants of the deceased. Petitioner has got 4 criminal antecedents. 5. Considering the nature of accusation, criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC.
