Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earns his livelihood by way of working outside, that’s why he has not been able to surrender within the stipulated time. He submits that further two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioner, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail has already been provided in favour of the petitioner, however, he has not been able to surrender within the stipulated period, due to the reason recorded in the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order the order dated 10.02.2026, passed in A.B.A. No. 721 of 2026 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
