Mr. Devashish Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps for early disposal of CRMP No. 2364 of 2025, CRMP No. 2363 of 2025 and CRMP No. 1473 of 2023, which have been filed by the same petitioners and are pending before this Court, and thereafter to file the present petition afresh with proper particulars.
