Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition is absolutely vague. 3. I have gone through the writ petition. The only case of the petitioner as per the prayer made in the writ petition is that the petitioner has obtained higher marks that the last selected candidates. In the entire writ petition neither the marks of the petitioner has been disclosed of nor the marks of the last candidates have been disclosed. Thus, this writ petition is nothing but a speculative one. So I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
