Matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 18th May, 2026 when learned advocate representing respondent no. 3 has submitted that though report is not made ready but relevant documents are lying with the learned advocate for production before this Court for consideration. 2. However, both the learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent no. 3 have jointly submitted that account of the petitioner lying with IDFC FIRST Bank, Park Street Branch has become operational as it was communicated vide email letter dated 18th May, 2026 by the bank authority. It is submitted on behalf of bank authority that 2 petitioner is now in a position to operate his account lying in the aforesaid bank. 3. In view of such submissions made on behalf of parties and taking note of the contents of email letter dated 18th May, 2026 it appears that grievance of the petitioner is redressed and no order need be passed on this writ petition. 4. Copy of email letter issued by the bank authority to the petitioner is taken on record. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
