Affidavit of service, as filed be kept with the record. 2. The application of the petitioner seeking transfer on the medical ground has been pending with the School Authority since 2026. 3. The School Authority is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools along with the requisite documents and the ‘No Objection Certificate’ if the petitioner is found to be otherwise eligible and is certified by the concerned B.M.O.H., by June 30, 2026. 4. If found eligible, the concerned D.I., will take all consequential steps to forward the same to the Commission as expeditiously as possible. 5. Temporary suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 2 6. With the afore-stated direction, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
