Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 27.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 1798 of 2026 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail however the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court within stipulated period due to mis-communication of the order and in view of that further two weeks time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner inspite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, further two weeks time from today is extended to surrender in the light of order dated 27.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 1798 of 2026. 5. The order dated 27.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 1798 of 2026 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order dated 27.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 1798 of 2026 is kept intact. 6.
