A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 13.08.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of revised contractual emoluments as per Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of the LPA filed by the Health Department. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 23.07.2025 passed in CWP No.11763 of 2025, titled, Sonia Shama vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
