For the State : Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, A.P.P. ------ 04/ 17.07.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.05.2026, passed in A.B.A. No. 2113 of 2026 by this court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 2 is aged about 79 years and was ill and petitioner No. 1, who is wife of petitioner No. 2 was caring him and to buttress his submission, he refers to Annexure-2, which is the medical certificate of the doctor. He next submits that petitioner No. 1 is looking after petitioner No. 2 and that’s why they have not been able to surrender within the stipulated time. He submits that further two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Annexure-2 is the document, which suggests that petitioner No. 2 was suffering from certain ailment and petitioner No. 1 is said to be the wife of petitioner No. 2. As such, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order the order dated 06.05.2026, passed in A.B.A. No. 2113 of 2026 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
