Grant costs; and c. Such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo for withdrawal dated 14.01.2026 has been filed signed by the petitioner and the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The Petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed to challenging the impugned memorandum dated 14.03.2025 issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent at Annexure-J to the writ petition. The petitioner is no more a member of the Board of the Space Employees' Housing Co- operative Society Ltd. Hence, the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
