The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No.51 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 75(1)(ii), 85, 127(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant. He further submits that the petitioner has lodged complaint case on 15.04.2026 being Complaint Case No.1172 of 2026 against the informant and seven other persons and thereafter, the present case has been lodged on 17.04.2026. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner happens to be husband of the informant. 5. Considering that in para 11, it has been stated that the petitioner has lodged Complaint Case No.1172 of 2026 and thereafter, the present case has been lodged, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
