JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 16/01/2026 This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicants seeking modification of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that while allowing the bail application of the applicants, it was directed by this Court that applicants shall mark their presence every week in the concerned Police Station but applicants are facing difficulties in marking their presence as they are resident of Punjab. It is also submitted that applicants have been marking their presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order. (2 of 2) [CRLMA-651/2025] For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence on every week, the applicants shall mark their presence in the concerned police station on the same day they mark their presence before the learned trial Court.
