This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ more particularly in the form of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the day to day affairs of petitioner's park and restaurant under the name and style of A2Z Exotic Park and Restaurants being operated from a lawfully leased out land upto an extent of Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.No.176/2, Chennayagunta Village Accounts, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Renigunta Sub-District, Tirupathi District (previously Chittoor District) and in coercing the petitioner to settle the existing Civil Disputes in respect of the said property that are subjudice before the Hon'ble I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupati vide O.S.No.278 OF 2026 at the behest of respondent Nos.6 and 7 failing which threatening with dire consequences, arrest and implication in false cases is as per se illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, without power of authority and opposed to the Articles 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India…” 2. The brief case of the petitioners is that, inspite of the pending civil litigation in O.S.No.278 of 2026 on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupathi in respect of the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.40 Cents situated in Survey No.176/2, Chennayagunta Village, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Renigunta Sub-District, Tirupathi District, the Respondent-Police are interfering in the civil matter and are threatening to settle the same. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 3. The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have submitted their written instructions, wherein it was stated that they have not interfered in the civil dispute between 5 the Petitioners and unofficial Respondents at any point of time, as the same is purely civil in nature and is pending for adjudication in O.S.No.278 of 2026 on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupathi. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent-Police not to interfere in the civil dispute and with the life and liberty of the Petitioners, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
