Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the truck number of this petitioner is disclosed at serial No. 128 of the FIR as BR-09-M-9422, however inadvertently, in para-3 of the order of the anticipatory bail, the truck number is typed as BR-06-G-5149. He next submits that in view of that error, the said order has not been complied. He further submits that two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that the truck number of this petitioner is disclosed at Serial No. 128 of the FIR as BR-09-M-9422. 4. It transpires that at serial No. 128 of the FIR, the truck number of this petitioner is mentioned as BR-09-M-9422, however, in the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 2273 of 2026, inadvertently, in para-3, the truck number of this petitioner is mentioned as BR-06-G-5149. 5. As such, let the truck number BR-06-G-5149 be read as “BR-09-M-9422” in para-3 of the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in [ 2026:JHHC:21070] -2- A.B.A. No. 2273 of 2026. 6. Since the above error has occurred inadvertently, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 7. The order dated 07.05.2026, passed in A.B.A. No. 2273 of 2026 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 8.
