The present applications have been filed by the appellant under Section 151 of CPC, seeking withdrawal of the present appeal as well as seeking release of the amount. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the settlement deed which has been executed in the month of August, 2026, the copy of the same is placed on record. 4. Ms. Navneet Kaur, learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submitted that as the matter has been settled between the parties, so, she has no objection, if the applications are allowed. 5.
