JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 has suspended the sentence subject to revision petitioner depositing 50% of the fine amount (inclusive of the amount already in deposit) on or before 28.04.2026 and the said order was not complied with. Again, the matter was listed on 29.04.2026 and on that day, there is no representation on behalf of revision petitioner and the matter adjourned to 10.06.2026. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed an application on 08.06.2026 seeking for extension of time to comply with the conditional order dated 06.04.2026 but he - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28223 CRL.RP No. 382 of 2026 has not produced any document to show that if any amount is deposited. 2. Though time was granted till 28.04.2026, the revision petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid conditional order passed by this Court. As such, no reason is assigned to extend the time for compliance of the said conditional order. Moreover, the revision is not yet admitted and only sentence is suspended conditionally.
