The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-installation of a new electricity connection. There is a prayer for reasonable charges which is also in the writ petition. 2. On behalf of the CESC Limited, it is submitted that the estimate raised by them is in accordance with law and in conformity with the Regulations. There is justification for the increase of charges which has been raised by the CESC Limited and the same has been explained to the petitioner. 3. In view of the nature of the disputes raised by the parties, let this matter be referred to the 2 Grievance Redressal Officer to ascertain the disputes raised by the petitioner. 4. The Grievance Redressal Officer is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt thereof and after giving a right of hearing to all the parties.
