The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garu PS Case No.10 of 2023, for offence registered under sections 419, 420 of the IPC and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending in court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and only on confessional statement the name of the petitioner has surfaced. He next submits that even the mobile number as disclosed in the said crime is not of the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and on this ground, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the said the number is not belonging 2026:JHHC:20941 2 to the petitioner which was used in fraudulent transfer of money and further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid and only on confessional statement the name of the petitioner has surfaced, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar, in connection with Garu PS Case No.10 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
