The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare sub section 3 to section 4 under chapter 3 of the Act, unconstitutional and stuck down the same. 10.2) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 3. Since this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2026 passed in WPC No. 1960 of 2026, has already dismissed a similar petition as premature, and the issue involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the said order, the present petition is also liable to be dismissed on the same ground. 4.
