Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 was suffering from fever and petitioner No.2 being the driver of the truck was away and in view of that they have not been able to surrender before the learned Court. On this ground, he submits that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended to surrender before the learned Court. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioners in spite of that the petitioners have not surrendered within time. 4.
