The Court made the following: SRK, J Crl.P.No.3666 of 2022 3 O R D E R This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioners herein/Accused Nos.2 to 4, to quash the proceedings in Calendar Case No.528 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class, Chittoor, arising out of case in Crime No.19 of 2022 of Disha Women Police Station, registered against the petitioners herein/A2 to A4 and other accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 to A4 submits that the matter has been settled by the parties before the Lok Adalat on 13.03.2026 and in view of the same, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication, rendering the Criminal Petition infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
