The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No.21/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 332, 333, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case due to village politics. He further submits that petitioner no.3 was also candidate for election of Mukhiya and for that, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. He next submits that the allegation of seizure of motorcycle of Mukhiya is there, but it is not clear who has taken the motorcycle to particular place. He also submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 14 of this application. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of trespassing is there against the petitioners. 5. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S.
