JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 11/02/2026 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer to issue directions to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.8, Jaipur Metropolitan-I to hear and decide the objection application titled "Gurmukh Singh Sarao Vs. AU Small Finance Bank Ltd." as early as possible and preferably within a period of one month. As per the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, the objection application was filed on 21.08.2025 and the same has not been decided so far even after passing of more than five months. Taking into consideration the overall facts of this case and the fact that the objection application is pending since 21.08.2025, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the [2026:RJ-JP:6464] (2 of 2) [CW-20562/2025] directions are give to the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.8, Jaipur Metropolitan-I to decide the objection application of the petitioner as early as possible. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.8, Jaipur Metropolitan-I to decide the objection application of the petitioner titled "Gurmukh Singh Sarao Vs. A.U. Small Finance Bank Ltd." as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
