Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2026, the second respondent police has registered FIR in Crime No.82 of 2026. He further submitted that a counter FIR has also been registered in Crime No.83 of 2026. 5. Since the petitioner's complaint has been taken on file and FIR has also been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.
