The present matter is marked to this Court at 4:50 PM, after urgent mentioning before the Hon’ble Chief Justice of this Court. 2. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail on medical grounds, granted by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 06.04.2026. 3. Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that though the applicant was to surrender today, however, while he was coming from hospital, an unknown person had fired at him twice. He states that he has suffered gun-shot injuries, therefore, it is prayed that he be granted some time to surrender. 5. The learned APP for the State, on the other hand, argues that as per instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, the injuries, if This is a digitally signed order.
