It has been submitted that the statutory appeal of the petitioner is pending before the authority yet to be disposed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending since last six months because of which the petitioner is suffering as he cannot sale medicines. He also submits that some of the medicines are on the verge of expiry. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to communicate this order to the Appellate Authority personally. The Appellate Authority will dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
