Petitioner participated in a selection for appointment to the post of Workshop Instructor (Mechanical) held by Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission. According to him, his name figured in the provisional recommendation list, however, his name was dropped in the final recommendation list. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court challenging the final recommendation list issued on 02.02.2024. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the Selecting Body submits that he has no idea, why petitioner’s name was dropped from the final recommendation list. He, however, submits that petitioner can approach the Competent Authority by making representation. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already made a representation, which is pending since 27.01.2026. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, 2026:UHC:2428 disposed of by directing the Secretary, Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission to take decision on pending representation of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
