Also heard Dr Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned Dy AG for the State. 1. Petitioners have filed the present petition for the following reliefs: “i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners and protect the petitioners from unauthorized action of the respondent no.7 to 10. ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioners, without there being any fault on the part of the petitioners. iii) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 2. By this petition, petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to protect them from illegal search, seizure and harassment from the respondents-8 to 10. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are relatives of the persons who are accused in the FIR No.0045 of 2025 registered at the Police Station-Baliya, UP, and the UP Police came to Raipur and harrassing the petitioners with regard to the said FIR. Wpcr 274 of 2026 3 4. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioners have grievance against the act of the authorities but they could not succeed to make out a case through this petition. However, cause of action, if any, arises, petitioners may approach the competent jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the case. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum.
