The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daru P.S. Case No.70 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 353, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 21 of MMDR Act, Rule 54 of JMMCR Rule, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and false allegations are made of throwing the driver of the informant, who happens to the Circle Officer, Daru, Hazaribag. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there against the petitioner of interfering with the official duty of the informant and the petitioner is having four criminal antecedents and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. In para 95 of the case diary, it has come that the petitioner is having four criminal antecedents and in the FIR, there is serious allegation against the petitioner of throwing the driver of the informant and interfering with the official duty of the informant and indulging in illegal transportation of sand, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
