The present contempt petition arises out of the alleged non- compliance of the order dated 02.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 14056 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.05.09 11:08:03 +0530 2 order dated 02.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 14056 of 2025, the petitioner submitted representations before respondents No. 1 and 2; however, the said representations have not been considered in accordance with the directions issued by this Court. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. On perusal of the record, it appears that although the petitioner has annexed copies of the representations alleged to have been submitted before the respondents, no acknowledgment or receiving issued by the concerned respondents has been filed on record. Further, no date has been mentioned on the said representations. In absence thereof, it cannot be ascertained that the representations were duly submitted before the competent authorities. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the concerned authority and the respondents shall decide the same in terms of the direction issued in WPS No. 14056 of 2025, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
