Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 i.e. District Education Officer, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) to reconsider and modify the order of absorption dated 21.08.2025 to the extent that the petitioner's services be absorbed in the Department of School Education with effect from 01.07.2018 instead of 25.11.2024 and give her all consequential benefits from the date of absorption i.e. on 01.07.2018. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner became entitled for absorption in the School Education Department w.e.f. 01.07.2018, however, petitioner's services were absorbed only on 25.11.2024. Aggrieved by which petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.2 which till date is still pending consideration. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner has already submitted representation raising her grievance against the date of her absorption, it will be considered in accordance with law, if already not considered/decided. 4. In view of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance and further that petitioner has already submitted represent ion dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-8), instead of keeping this writ petition pending, seeking reply from respondents, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the pending representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
