JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 05/02/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that against the impugned order of cancellation of the licence the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Commissioner of Agriculture Government of Rajasthan on 30.07.2025 but the same has not been disposed of so far therefore, he submits that Appellate Authority may be directed to disposed of the appeal, as early as possible. Taking into consideration the facts as placed on record and the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending for last six months, this Court feels that it would meet the ends of justice [2026:RJ-JP:5369] (2 of 2) [CW-19312/2025] if the Appellate Authority is directed to disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner at earliest. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order.
