Despite service, none appeared on behalf of non-applicant Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6. Vide order dated 10/12/2024, the application is abated against non-applicant No.4-Jawanti Bapurao Kumre. 03. By the present application, the applicants/acquiring body seek condonation of delay of 111 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 14/12/2018 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal, in L.A.C. No.279/2012. 04. The delay has not been seriously opposed on behalf of the non-applicants. 05.
