2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the
order dated 17.08.2026 as passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 205 of 2025, titled State of H.P. & others vs. Chunni Lal alongwith connected matters, whereby the operation of impugned judgment has been stayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty may be granted to him to revive the present petition, in case the grievance, as raised by the present petitioners, is not redressed. Liberty granted.
